Terms of Service
Drok is a product of LeMay Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation headquartered in Billerica, Massachusetts. By creating an account or using any services provided through drok.us, you agree to the following terms.
I. License
All software, documentation, and intellectual property comprising the Drok platform is governed by the Curtis License (LeMay American Innovation Protection License) v1.0. No open-source transition. No community governance. Permanent sovereign control by LeMay Inc.
II. User Obligations
Users shall not attempt to circumvent security controls, reverse-engineer platform components, or use the platform for purposes that violate United States federal law or the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All repository data is subject to the immutable timeline and transparency log. Actions recorded in these structures cannot be deleted or modified by any party, including LeMay Inc.
III. Security Standard
The platform operates under LSS-001, the LeMay Security Standard. All seven defensive layers are structural properties of the system. Users benefit from these protections automatically. Detailed documentation of LSS-001 is available at docs.drok.us.
IV. Data Sovereignty
All data is stored in United States regions exclusively. No data leaves US jurisdiction. Users retain ownership of their source code and repository content. LeMay Inc. retains ownership of the platform, its infrastructure, and all associated intellectual property.
V. Service Availability
Drok is provided on a best-effort basis during the public beta period. Enterprise tier customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their service agreement.
