Immutable Timeline

This timeline is an append-only, immutable record of every significant event in this repository. Entries cannot be modified, deleted, or reordered. Each entry is cryptographically signed with ML-DSA-87 and recorded as an MTP Receipt in the transparency log at log.lemay.app. This is the defining security property that separates Drok from all other code platforms.
